Persons who shall be eligible for membership in the Youth Department shall consist of girls (sisters, daughters, and legally adopted daughters of Prince Hall Master Masons in good standing) and boys between the ages of three (3) and eighteen (18) years; provided their Mother, Father or Guardian gives consent and makes application for their membership to the Youth Department.
